  • The timing of step one is all different depending on your opponent hinting and how far your opponent is. When you recieve service the step one has to be very small and sharp. It has to be done just after your opponent made shot (Impact) Lee

  • You are very welcome. I am very pleased to know that you are using the clips to improve your skills. I wish you good luck. Lee

  • why is it necessary to do those side to side steps right before you do the step 1. Can you just stand still then do the step 1?

  • Coach Lee, where the gravity of the body should be placed when doing this step one? In the center of the body or in one of the feet?

  • Thank you Coach Lee for the videos since before. I keep on watching them ever since. Now I am readying for Regional competition now. 😀 Now I come back again for basics. Basic is the key to having a skillful play. 🙂
